How Much Are Condo Reviews and What's Our Turnaround Time?
Reviews + Video Breakdowns are $349 plus GST. We currently issue reviews around 2 days AFTER we've received all required documents. You can regularly expect around 5 business days to complete intake, receive missing documents, and complete report. To speed up turnaround times, ensure you request all the documents you need before reaching out. You can download the list we require here.

All reviews include a 20-30 minute recorded video of your review and what it means for you based on comparable buildings, and the risks associated with any items of concern. Any questions afterwards? Easy 3-Step Process
1. Intake ➜
Send your condo documents to admin@thecondodocs.ca for review. Or we can assist in collecting them for you from the seller. We'll assess what you've provided and inform you and your Realtor of any additional documents you're entitled to under your purchase contract. We will only begin the review process after payment is made. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll schedule your review as soon as all documents are received. Exceptions may apply without a disclosure statement.
2. Review ➜
Review turnaround times vary based on volume, but with at least 5 days' notice, we’ll ensure your review is completed before your waiver condition date, provided all documents are received on time. For faster turnaround, please contact us before making a payment. After intake, reviews are typically issued within 48 to 72 hours.
3. Consult ➜
Your Condo Document Review Report will cover key data and findings from the corporation’s financials, reserve fund study, meeting minutes, bylaws, insurance coverage, and any issues like outstanding deficiencies, owner concerns, or upcoming projects that may affect you as a new owner. The report includes a video explaining the findings, highlighting what’s considered normal or abnormal, and why.
